YanaRai supports personal growth and wellbeing through creative, mindful and inclusive practices.
We work with individuals and communities to reduce isolation, build confidence and support emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. Our work brings people together through creativity, reflection and shared experience, creating spaces where individuals feel seen, supported and able to grow.
YanaRai works with individuals, groups and organisations, balancing paid services with community-focused activity to ensure our work remains accessible, ethical and rooted in social value.
We recognise that mental, emotional and physical wellbeing are deeply connected, and that people thrive when they feel safe, supported and able to express themselves.
We use accessible creative practices such as art-making, writing and reflection to support self-expression, confidence and emotional processing. No prior experience is required.
Our sessions incorporate gentle mindfulness practices, including breathwork, guided reflection and grounding techniques, supporting regulation, awareness and calm.
At the heart of YanaRai is connection, to self, to others and to community. Our work prioritises warmth, inclusion and shared experience over performance or productivity.
Our activities are designed to be trauma-informed, inclusive and adaptable to different needs.
